FNQ Lucky Bamboo ships directly from tropical North Queensland with care and love.

📦 Shipping Time

Mondays & Tuesdays are our shipping days.  Orders typically arrive within 3–5 business days depending on your location. 

Please note:

• We do not ship on weekends or public holidays.
  

❌ Where We Don’t Ship

Due to quarantine restrictions, we do not ship to the following states:

• Western Australia (WA)

• Northern Territory (NT)

• Tasmania (TAS)

Any orders placed to these locations will be automatically cancelled and refunded.

We send all plants via Australia Post using tracked services to ensure your order arrives safely.
