🌱 Returns & Refund Policy

At FNQ Lucky Bamboo, all of our plants are hand-picked, carefully packed, and sent with love by Dan the Plant Man. We do not accept returns or offer change-of-mind refunds.

📦 Damaged Items in Transit

We take great care in packaging your order, but once it leaves our hands, it’s in the care of Australia Post. FNQ Lucky Bamboo is not liable for any damage that occurs during shipping.

If your item arrives damaged:

• Please take clear photos of the item and packaging as soon as possible.

• Email the photos, along with your order number, to:

• We’ll help you lodge a claim with Australia Post, who may be able to compensate for the damage.

🚫 No Returns or Exchanges

Due to the living nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or offer exchanges under any circumstances.
